Ceta to develop IT platform following MBO

Paths to the past and future

New CEO John Bibby outlines the broker's plans for the future.

Ceta Insurance Brokers’ new chief executive officer John Bibby has detailed that the firm’s focus will be on developing its IT platform following the management buy-out which was completed today (29 September).

Bibby explained that the MBO process had taken around twelve months to complete, adding: “It feels great and we completed the deal about half an hour ago.”

He further noted that Ceta is a privately owned business and that its former owners have had it for the past 25 years.
