This week started with a new experience for me when I took part in my first ever webinar run by insurancejobs.co.uk, which focused on staff attraction and retention.

I had a couple of simple messages to get across, but once I was in the glare of the bright lights and the heat of the moment, I turned into a stuttering, sweating wreck who would have struggled to remember his own name - but don't let that put you off from watching it! Brokers push for more from RSA/NIG

Brokers have given a mixed report on communication levels around the RSA and NIG deal but with the process kicking forwards today have expressed the hope the takeover will make more products available.
