Allianz Cornhill has completed the purchase of Lancaster-based Premierline, a small to medium-sized enterprise intermediary that controls £16m of gross written premium. The move follows AC's acquisition of London-based broker Home and Legacy.

According to Chris Hanks, general manager of Allianz Cornhill Commercial, "The plans from Allianz are to grow the business to £24m next year and to £40m the following year." In order to achieve this Hanks is planning to double the intermediary's marketing
