Royal & SunAlliance has announced that the 119.7 million shares not taken up by investors in the rights issue have been snapped up. RSA has continued its disposal programme with the sale of its UK estate agency operation Sequence (UK) to Connells - a subsidiary of Skipton Building Society Group. Lloyd's insurer Amlin has acquired the renewal rights of £5m of trade credit insurance currently written by RSA.
