Arch recuits Donald from Axa for Glasgow branch manager role
Arch Insurance’s UK regional division has appointed Karen Donald as branch manager of its Glasgow operations, effective immediately.
The insurer added in this role, Donald, pictured, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch’s day-to-day operations, managing broker distribution, and driving the delivery of its growth strategy across Scotland.
She reports to Janine Starkie, regional manager, North and Scotland, who joined the insurer in 2023 as a branch manager before being promoted to her current role at the start of 2025.
