Dominic d'Inverno has been recruited to head the business unit of Primary Broker Services' new London office. Also, the company has appointed Roy Evans as commercial underwriter. Evan's new role will encompass existing business and renewals, in addition to strategic project work. Evans joins from Axa, where he was commercial new business underwriter in their Glasgow office. Prior to joining Axa, Evans spent 10 years at Royal & SunAlliance.
