DAS Legal Expenses has revamped its commercial legal protectionpolicy to cater for new legislation. The policy wording will now
incorporate the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 and the Working Times
Regulations 1998.
It will also allow for future legal changes under the Fairness at Work
proposal and the Public Interest Disclosure Bill.
Legal defence cover has been extended to take effect prior to a summons
being issued, and the policy has a new section to cover representation for
appeals against the
