Europ Assistance has bought the ICARE Group, a leading provider of fleet management and motorway products. Alan Lawson, director of motor business at EA in the UK and Ireland said: "EA launched its mechanical breakdown insurance product in the UK and Ireland last year and, with the addition of the ICARE Group's experience and knowledge, we are now in an even stronger position to develop our market share."
