Financial services company Rhodes and Booth joined forces withinsurance broking business Ramsbottom and Company in 1991 to create what
is now called the RBR Insurance Group. The firm acquired a small life and
pensions operation in 1993 but continued to run the units as three
separate businesses until the company integrated into one main office in
Ilkley in 1996.
As a result, there is now more interaction between the company's general
