Following Software Solutions Partners takeover of rival technology house Sirius, chief executive of SSP Laurence Walker has said the reduction in the cost of communications has made outsourced technology more attractive to brokers. He said intermediaries were demanding such a move. Walker indicated that the software house was working on a "best of breed" product that would be a managed service.
