Royal & SunAlliance has added arson to its geographical risk-assessment mapping system. The insurer already uses its GRA system to assess the risk of flooding and subsidence for households and businesses. Underwriting director for property Graham Heale said: "Insurers are increasingly turning to new technology to help them understand risk."
