St Paul International Insurance has acquired Zenith Commercial, with nearly 85% of the Zenith Commercial team joining the new owner. The former Zenith Commercial branches in Birmingham and St Albans will now operate as branches of St Paul International, while the Maidstone team has relocated to the insurer's Surrey headquarters. Staff formerly located at the Haywards Heath offices have also relocated to Surrey. St Paul hopes to sign 50 new brokers.
