EMR Europe has promoted two of its Folkestone-based team to the new role of assistant healthcare manager. Fiona Lovell and Mark Breed take up their new duties with immediate effect, developing and managing the day-to-day operations of EMR Health. Lovell has nine years' experience of the health insurance sector, having begun her career in 1999 at Executive Healthcare. She joined Rubicon Health in 2002 as a team leader before being promoted to international team leader in 2006. Breed has 12 years'
