Highway has appointed Peter Gallagher as claims director. He will join the board of Highway Company and Highway Insurance Agency. Gallagher has been with the firm for 18 months, previously in the position of catastrophic injury claims manager. Highway has also appointed Roger Halliday as business development manager for its distribution department, where he will be responsible for the development and performance of the firm's regional broker agencies.
