Court grounds high flyers.

Business and pleasure do not mix. This was the recent message from the High Courts following a travel insurance claim resulting from the helicopter crash in which Matthew Harding died.

Mixing business with pleasure has always been considered a bad thing,
and if watertight travel cover is what you need, it should be avoided if
possible. This seems to be the message from the recent court decision
concerning the 1996 helicopter crash that killed Matthew Harding and his
companions.


Mr Harding, the chairman of broker Benfield and director of Chelsea FC,
chartered a helicopter to go to an away match at Bolton with another
Benfield director and two personal friends.
