Andrew Holman, chief executive of Lloyd's broker Holmans, issued the following statement on 1 June: "It is with great sadness that I announce the death last Saturday of Ken Potter; it appears he suffered a heart attack at home. He was 56. Ken joined from Heath Lambert, and had been working for Rob Atkins in our claims department where he proved a capable and valued colleague. If you would like to pay your respects, details on funeral arrangements will be published at www.holmans.co.uk/kenpotter"
