Claims restructure will benefit brokers, says Allianz
Insurer says 150 potential redundancies are related to its direct and corporate partner business.
Allianz chief claims officer Graham Gibson has assured brokers that the proposed changes to its claims and corporate partner operations will lead to a service more in keeping with their needs and those of customers.
Gibson told Insurance Age that the potential 150 redundancies were related to its direct and corporate partner business lines.
