In Person: Allianz’s Graham Gibson on the digital claims journey

Graham Gibson, director, claims at Allianz, also talks fraud and claims management companies.

Born in Edinburgh, Allianz claims director Graham Gibson says he got started in insurance because the city’s thriving financial services sector offered a lot of career opportunities.

“I had various claims roles up until my late twenties when I decided that actually I could make a proper career out of this,” he explains.

“So I went from someone who just worked in the industry to someone who was actually going to do something in the industry. And I did.”

Peach and owner grow in 2025
