Judge bars GRP from hiring Bluefin staff
Court upholds temporary injunction which prevents Global Risk Partners from taking on or negotiating contracts with Bluefin staff until June.
Global Risk Partners (GRP) has been barred from hiring or negotiating employment contracts with Bluefin employees following a hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice Queen's Bench Division today (12 February).
At the hearing Justice Dove upheld an injunction, originally granted on 8 February 2016, preventing recruitment.
The original injunction was granted when Bluefin alleged that former CEO Mike Bruce - now CEO for retail broking at GRP - was recruiting Bluefin branch managers who were in turn
