DAS to launch revised ATE scheme

The after-the-event (ATE) trading division of DAS, 80e, has unveiled the latest version of its scheme Justice Solutions.

The revised ATE scheme incorporates provisions for the new Ministry of Justice road traffic accident (RTA) personal injury claims protocol, including a discounted premium for cases which settle within the process.

Other changes include access to a free counselling helpline, cover for mediation costs and improvements to the policy documentation.
