Adrian started his tenure with RSA 19 years ago, having previously worked for British Gas. He served as managing director of the personal lines business, including the direct arm More Than, which he launched in 2001, and the intermediated personal business. He served as COO for RSA UK, where he was responsible for approximately 6,000 people across the UK and India, before being appointed UK CEO in September 2008.
