Brokers may find it harder to find insurers liable for asbestosis
claims, following a high court ruling by Mr Justice Curtis.


Mr Justice Curtis ruled in favour of defendant insurer AIG in the case of
Fairchild v Leeds City Council and Waddingtons, a factory owner, over the
asbestos-related death of an employee.
