Link Insurance and www.youngladydriver.co.uk have launched a dedicated rescue and breakdown service for women. Libra roadside assistance aims to provide a rapid response. Link is offering a 25% discount on the first six monthly subscription to Libra, a free ChatPower two-hour mobile phone battery and a free safety guide called On the Move. Shirley Peters, senior executive of Libra, says: "Libra looks at everything from the point of view of the female driver. We keep them updated and fully advised throughout and their safety comes first."

Ageas UK GWP jumps as Esure deal flows in
