Diane Bromley has joined the Rubicon Corporation as group human resources director. She joins from Britannic Retirement Solutions and previously Independent Insurance Company. Rubicon has also appointed Bob Northmore as technical claims director. He held senior insurance claims management positions at both strategic and tactical levels at GAN, Dominion and Zurich prior to forming his own consultancy practice in 2000.
