Brokers will soon be able to use electronic data interchange for
mid-term adjustments, renewals and cancellations on Zurich's NMT Premier
Plus products.


The software house and insurer hope to remove the need for paper renewals
and telephone calls. New business EDI is now available for all Zurich
products on the NMT Premier Plus system.

ABI records 3% home premiums rise in Q1

Average home insurance premiums for buildings and contents cover rose by 3% to £375 in the first quarter of this year, pushing the year-on-year rise up to 19%, according to the Association of British Insurers.
