Arista has recruited David Matthews as senior development underwriter. Based in the Manchester branch, Matthews, who is FCII qualified, joins with over 25 years' experience in the profession. Meanwhile, Sue Speight has also joined as broker development manager for Yorkshire and the North East. Prior to joining Arista, Speight was regional property owners' consultant for Norwich Union. She has also gained significant experience at Guardian in Leeds and has 30 years' experience in the profession.
