Bodyshop estimating system provider EurotaxGlass's has launched a software solution for managing total loss claims. According to the company, the lack of processes for identifying the pre-accident value of written-off vehicles is prolonging an atmosphere of conflict between insurers and policyholders. EurotaxGlass added that this is resulting in increased customer churn and rising total loss settlement costs. The system will generate valuations that reflect the pre-accident condition and mileage
