Axa's claims director Chris Voller on bringing claims into the digital age, new measures to tackle fraud and the implementation of Flood Re.
Digitalisation, the future of whiplash claims and the recent floods in Cumbria are some of the most important issues affecting the claims sector, according to Chris Voller, director of claims at Axa Insurance.
“Some of the digital services we’ve now put in are a direct result of brokers telling us what they want,” Voller tells Insurance Age.
“But we do see quite a variety from brokers, where some brokers are very traditional and others are more demanding and want a digital service,” he
