Well no-one could claim that 2005 has been a dull year! The onset of Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulation has obviously had the biggest impact on the broking market this year and will continue to do so until the industry and the FSA start to settle down into their new roles.
It is interesting to note that twelve months ago when Insurance Age completed a survey among brokers, 57% were feeling 'positive' about the onset of regulation, compared to 30% who were 'negative' and 13% that
