Inter Hannover to buy specialist church insurer
CGI set to be sold by the Congregational and General Charitable Trust.
The Congregational and General Charitable Trust has agreed to sell Congregational and General Insurance (CGI) to Inter Hannover.
The Charitable Trust is the sole shareholder of the Bradford-based insurer.
Carlo Cavaliere, chief executive of CGI, said: "We are delighted with the decision, having enjoyed several years of mutual success in building Integra with Inter Hannover as a strategic partner.
"Inter Hannover has a firm commitment to developing CGI's position as a specialist church insurer
