O'Roarke to move to advisory role at LV

John O'Roarke

Managing director to stay on for a year following handover to Steve Treloar.

John O'Roarke, managing director, general insurance at LV has confirmed he will stay with the insurer for a year after handing over the reins to Steve Treloar in the second quarter of next year.

He has previously said he was open to staying on as a non-executive director and he noted that he would remain in the company "in some sort of advisory or consulting role".

Speaking to Insurance Age, O'Roarke stated that he had had a long time to get used to the fact that he was stepping down as it was
