Arc Legal teams up with Holistic Insurance
New policy for complementary therapists to include cover for legal representation costs and contractual disputes.
Arc Legal has been appointed by Holistic Insurance Services to provide an enhanced legal expenses insurance policy for complementary therapists in the UK and Ireland.
The legal expenses specialist said the commercial scheme provides broad cover for therapists' business related activities including legal representation costs at disciplinary hearings before a membership association, cover for statutory licence disputes, criminal prosecution defence, tax disputes and data protection matters.
