Ageas confirms "small number" of support staff at risk of redundancy
Insurer in talks with staff across UK about proposed changes to support functions.
Ageas has confirmed that some staff at its Bournemouth office could be made redundant as it considers changes to its support functions.
The insurer said it is in discussions with staff across the UK about proposed changes which could result in a small number of employees being at risk of redundancy at various sites.
Ageas said the proposal to close its Belfast office, with the potential loss of 200 jobs, has no bearing on the Bournemouth operation.
