Axa moves to increase clarity for customers

Insurer will provide brokers with documents explaining the claims process to customers.

Axa commercial lines and personal intermediary has launched an initiative designed to clarify to customers what is and is not covered by a policy and encourage them to speak to their broker about risk management.

Brokers will have access to 14 documents designed to be used at the time of sale to provide easy to understand guidance for people insuring their business, home and cars.
