Arag revises legal protection policy
The landlords’ policy has been rewritten and enhanced.
Legal expenses specialist Arag has rewritten its landlords' policy to increase benefits regarding alternative accommodation for landlords when vacant possession is impossible.
It has also increased the limit for storage refunds.
The business said that additional free legal documents have been included such as the licence agreement to rent a room. Several different customisable texts, including the demand for rent from tenants, have also been added. Arag also said excesses and other complications
