RSA's Brown admits insurer's reputation has been "damaged"
Adrian Brown's admission follows PwC review into Ireland issues and twin sackings.
RSA UK and Western Europe chief executive Adrian Brown has admitted that the insurer's reputation has been "damaged".
Brown's admission followed the completion of the PwC review into Ireland claims and finance issues which culminated in the sackings of its Ireland CFO and claims director.
He told Insurance Age: "Clearly the reputation of RSA has been damaged - do we want stories like this, no we don't,
"This has been going on for several years and has built up over a period of time."
