Simon Lee will receive £824,000 after resigning from RSA
Payment is in line with ex-chief executive's contract.
Simon Lee will receive £824,000 in lieu of twelve months’ notice after resigning as RSA group chief executive.
According to RSA's website, this is in line with his contractual agreement and the remuneration committee’s policy on termination of employment.
The sum will be paid monthly and set off against any payments Lee receives for any future employment or appointment he accepts in the next twelve months.
He will not receive any benefits or compensation in lieu in respect of this period. And
