Biba hits back at "ill-informed" and "self promoting" Law Society
The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) has slammed comments made about the solicitors’ professional indemnity (PI) broker market.
The Law Society recently announced that it was teaming up with Miller to create Chancery Pii, which will provide cover for law firms with between one and four partners.
The new venture will not accept enquiries from brokers, pay any broker commissions or charge any management fees.
