MGAA awards Gallagher preferred PI provider status
Gallagher London has been named a preferred provider of professional indemnity (PI) insurance by the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA).
Gallagher listed that it had devised a bespoke PI policy wording to meet the complex needs and specific risk profile of members' insurance businesses - including civil liability arising out of underwriting authority.
The company explained that the bespoke policy also included cover for libel and slander, breach of copyright, data protection, cyber liability and financial ombudsman awards and prosecution costs.
