Blanc sees more in than out at Oval as he outlines growth plans

Peter Blanc, CEO of Oval, has listed the factors which he believes will see the broker grow and clarified that any redundancies will be among non-client facing staff.

Describing the front end, client-facing section of the business as sacrosanct, Mr Blanc explained to Insurance Age: "Where there are unnecessary back office functions we will look to cut them but anyone necessary to the business has a good home in Oval.

"We are not talking about significant numbers. It is about making sure that every region and office is fit for purpose and lean and hungry."
