Heath Lambert name falls by the wayside

Heath Lambert is to start trading as Gallagher Heath following its acquisition by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co in May.

A statement from the broker said that the change, effective immediately, reflected the “distinct strengths of the two entities, where the heritage and integrity of both Gallagher and Heath brands will reinforce the benefits of the combined group”.

Broking profits fall at Saga

Underlying profit before tax in Saga’s insurance broking arm fell to £39.8m for the year ended 31 January 2024, compared with £71.5m in the previous period.
