Incisive Media cleans up at the Biba Awards 2011

Journalists from Insurance Age and sister title Post Magazine topped three categories and received four highly commended awards at the British Insurance Brokers’ Association’s 2011 journalist of the year awards.

Senior reporter at Insurance Age Liz McMahon won the Scoop of the Year and was highly commended in Trade Feature award while editor-in-chief Jonathan Swift snapped up the Trade News and the Best Interview/Profile awards.

Post editor Lynn Rouse was also highly commended in the Trade News category and senior reporter Amy Ellis and news editor Mairi MacDonald received the same accolade for Online.

Insurance Age editor Martin Friel was shortlisted for the Trade News Feature and News awards as well
