
London households most likely to claim for home theft

The research, conducted by Moneysupermarket.com, revealed that the number of London postcodes to make the top 20 had doubled since its 2008 survey with 50% of the list to be found in the capital.
Blackheath (SE3) and Hammersmith (W6) were the most 'at-risk' postcode districts in London for theft-related insurance claims.
However, the cities of Manchester, Leeds and Bristol all featured twice in the top 20 list, with the Manchester town of Chorlton-Cum-Hardy taking the overall top spot in the UK
