Survey reveals customers 'can't be bothered' with terms and conditions

A national survey commissioned by home insurer, Congregational & General has revealed that one in three people misunderstand insurance terminology while half ignore their policy documents completely.

Of the 51% who failed to examine their home insurance terms and conditions, 40% said they simply ‘can't be bothered' to do so. A further 31% don't review them as they usually stay loyal to their current insurers by renewing existing policies instead.

Brokers have mixed reaction on Zurich/Beazley deal
