KGM aims to enhance claims capabilities

KGM Motor Insurance will aim to expand its twin-centre in-house claims department. The jobs are being created as part of KGM's growth strategy in which it is targeting a GWP in excess of £100m by 2011.

Active underwriter, Colin Hart explains: "A strong claims service is an essential part of a successful business and we are putting steps in place now to ensure we are in the best possible shape to support our business, our brokers and their customers in this area as we grow. We pride ourselves on providing our brokers direct access to an expert team in underwriting and we are committed to ensuring this broker-centric approach is equally well represented when it comes to claims."
