Woodstock bullish after new acquisitions

Woodstock Insurance Brokers has secured three more acquisitions bringing its total to eight in 21 months. It added that it plans a further 12 acquisitions in 2004 including offices in the north and Midlands.

The three brokers, which combined bring £2m of gross premium income to Woodstock are General Insurance Services based in Kent, Frames Insurance Services based in Kent and A D Bailey & Co based in Herefordshire.
