
Two new pay-as-you-drive polices introduced by NU
Two new pay-as-you-drive policies, based on the results of a two year pilot of 5,000 motorists, have been introduced by Norwich Union (NU). Using in-car GPS devices, NU has created policies that are tailored to the needs and driving behaviours of each individual motorist. They will receive monthly bills based on car usage including time of day and type of road and mileage. The two policy groups, 18-23 and 24-65, will each have different pence-per-mile rates to suit the driving habits of the
