Highway reshapes distribution model

Highway's new distribution team will provide a more consistent and flexible service to brokers - but does not herald a wholesale change in distribution strategy, according to team head Michael Lawrence.

Under the new structure, each broker is now assigned one account manager across all personal lines, instead of having to deal with different Highway staff on different product lines.
