Lloyd's to introduce Claims Change Programme to speed up service

Lloyd's has established plans to accelerate the pace of change in the market's claims performance, following the completion of the Strategic Claims Review.

The new Claims Change Programme (CCP) will be driven by Lloyd's Franchise Performance Directorate and a Lloyd's Market Association (LMA) claims group.

The CCP has been designed to deliver an improved Lloyd's claims service through several measures, including:

- Differentiating between complex and standard claims;
