Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) is to expand its Enterprise scheme as part of its efforts to meet the expectations of brokers of small commercial business.
The insurer has centralised the regional call centres that operated the scheme for small businesses into two larger, dedicated call centres last year, and is now to launch 'Enterprise+', designed to deal with risks that fall just outside the current Enterprise remit.
